SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIMES

90% of the time my candles are made to order, so it may take some time to process. Considering I am a one-woman team my turn around time may vary depending on the season/amount of orders, etc.. so please keep that in mind! 

I try hard to get orders out within 7-10 business days (mon-fri) and a lot of the time I am able to get them out sooner- but please expect this processing time when ordering. 

If you have any shipping concerns/simply want an update on your order, please feel free to email me- Id love to give you an update on where I am at with your order. :) 

If by any chance you need an order sooner, place it in your notes and sent me an email and I will try and get it out by then, if I am not able to do that I will let you know as soon as possible and we can discuss the next steps! 

My work days are Mon-Thurs, so my responses may be slow on days I am not working- please also keep that in mind.
