Refund Policy

Items damaged during transit:

You must reach out to us right away for a replacement. Send an email to with a photo of the damage, along with your name and/or order number. There are no refunds. 

It is optional, but in your favor to file a claim with your shipping carrier. 

If you are missing an item or received the wrong item please email us with your name and/or order number and we will resolve this issue. We try our very best to not make these mistakes, but we are human and mistakes do happen.
